1957 Cadillac Biarritz Convertible Beautiful restoration on a rare Cadillac model. This totally correct swept wing styled Cadillac along with the Cadillac Brougham were the top of the line for GM. Only 1800 Biarritz models were produced for 1957. It is powered by a 365 cubic inch V-8 with dual 4 barrel Carter carburetors, topped by a unique Bat-Wing dual-element oil bath air cleaner. A RARE factory Air Conditioning system was supplied new on this Cadillac. Naturally, it is also equipped with full power equipment. Painted in tuxedo black with red leather, the look is exceptional. With the top down, it is covered by a fiberglass "parade boot" that gives the car an even longer appearance. The solft top is hartz cloth black with red piping to match the interior leather.
