There are cars that are so original and untouched that I want to keep them that way. I don’t want to add the miles and risk fragile paint and drying rubber or upholstery.

1941 Buick Roadmaster Convertible Phaeton The last production Buick convertible sedan was built in 1941. Out of the 315 built, only 17 are known to exist today. They were powered by a 320 cu. Inch “fireball” straight engine developing 170 hp. It is interesting to note the carburetion was “compound” as Buick stated in their advertising. That is, the front carburetor was the standard and the rear carburetor engaged when the gas pedal was pressed hard for more power. A smooth 3 speed manual transmission was also supplied on the Buic. This Buick is the top of the line Roadmaster model and had been totally restored several years ago. Options include an original AM radio, fog lights, fender skirts and a top boot. From the correct metallic gray paint to the beautiful red leather to the immaculate engine bay, black canvas top, and restored undercarriage, this is a great car to drive and show with pride. The engine is smooth and quiet as one would expect. Priced below just the cost of restoration at $75,000.

1953 Porsche Pre A This is a very special Pre-A Porsche Coupe. The following is a brief description of this EXPERIMENTAL car (#51465) released and sold by the Factory in the summer of 1954 to a U.S. soldier. The soldier, stationed in Germany, flew for the CIA Airline "Air America" and stayed in Germany after the war and married a German girl. He was fluent in German and befriended a Porsche family member. The company was really small at that time, and he was able to buy the "Versuch" or test car in June, 1954 directly from the factory--- after all it was test car and had no more value to Porsche. After about 10 years, the family moved back to the States and brought the car with them. The documentation includes: Factory "cardex" showing it to be a test car. Also shown is a certification letter from Porsche showing it to be a White car with red leather. The 1953 test features on the car were used on the 1954 models. They include: "Clap" windshield wipers, 5 dated and finned wheel covers, a complete tool kit, factory installed antenna, a Distributor brass cover plate, a special transmission mount in addition to the original mount still on the car, and a set of original road lights with safety bars. Luckily, the car has been in dry climates since coming to the States in about 1962. There is no evidence of rust including the very very solid floors. Repainted in 1973, the Porsche is now in need of refreshing if desired. The headliner, carpet, side panels and rear seat are all original. The front seats were re-done in red leather-- however -- the underside of them is totally original and in excellent condition. The factory changed the motor when it was sold from 32325 to 32988- which makes sense after "using up the original". #32988 is an early 1954 motor. However, the transmission, no.2619 is original to the car. Trades considered.

1956 LINCOLN MARK II CONTINENTAL 1956 Lincoln Continental Mark II The Continental was a styling masterpiece. They were hand built from 1956-57. Finished in Black with White leather complemented by red piping to match the red cut pile carpeting.a great look. Equipped with full power equipment including period ICE COLD ARA A/C installed when new by the Lincoln Dealership, it is a great car to drive and show. Note that this Continental was certified in 2007 as numbers matching by "Numbersmatching.com" This Continental (as Ford called it) has been in a private collection for years and well maintained. $63,500.

1934 Packard 1101
1934 Packard 1101 1934 Packard Eight 1101 Coupe Roadster This Model 1101 Packard Roadster is a wonderful example of Packard’s model 719 of 1934. It features a wonderful sleek body complemented by a rear spare mounted tire. The uninterrupted flow of the body accents the smooth rear deck housing the rumble seat. In addition, the very low windshield and low profile of the top stowed in a flat boot, add to the beauty of this model. Powered by a straight eight 320 CID L-Head engine, the 1101 has plenty of power for modern day touring. The engine had a recent rebuild by a respected restoration shop. Shifting is smooth and precise. New tires were fitted in 2013 and have seen little road use. Although the restoration was completed years ago, it has held up extremely well and certainly would be welcome on any CCCA Tour or Show. This 1101 drives extremely well and steers with ease. Drive it and you will want it in your collection.
